Endicia Labels for eBay

This application is worked with Endicia for Mac (www.endicia.com) app to print the eBay Shipping labels in bulk.

This application is only useful for people use Mac to print all shipping label. You will need Endicia for Mac to make this app work.

It is suitable for eBay Power Seller who ships hundreds of package everyday.

It is designed based on the eBay Power Seller who sells clothing, lingeries. It help the seller to split the shipping package as First Class Mail if the package is over 13 oz and less than 26oz. Of cause, it depends on the products whether it is splittable. You can also have an option to disable this feature if you don't need it. With the features you can ship almost everything as First Class Mail, It will help the sellers save thousand of dollars every year.

It can retrieve the style number of the item if the item number is the first line of eBay Description.

You have an option to use Large Envelop (Flat) or Package as Package tyle.

Setup Guide

	- You will authorize the app to retrieve info from eBay.  Click here
	- You will setup Endicia to print the label with Description, Rubberstamp1 Click here
	- You will check App Preference to make sure you have setup correctly. Click here
	- Always use Print Test Only first before you print actual label. 

How to login and authorize the eBay to allow this app to retrieve awaiting shipment list?

Step 1: Launch Endicia Labels App and Login to eBay

Step 2: It might ask you to verify the eBay account with PIN Via Phone or Email

Step 3: Enter the PIN to verify eBay account

Step 4: Click on "I Agree" button to proceed.

Step 4: When you see the Thank you page, You click "All Done" button at bottom

How to configure the endicia to print the label with item description?

Howto: Click on Preference on Endicia for Mac app, Choose "Mailpiece" tab. Configure Top Custom Field/Bottom Custom Field exactly as the picture below shows:

Preference Setup

- Seller Name:   (required for print label with custom form, international shipping) 
- Seller Email:  (required for print label with custom form, international shipping)
- Print Test Label for Test Purpose (Only print Test ONLY label, need uncheck that for production) 
- Splitale Shipping (Check this only if your product is spitable, and you prefer use USPS First Class Mail) 
- Retrieve Style number from first line of eBay Description before "Sell" word
- Use USPS Large Envelope (flat) instead of Package, Package type comes with Delivery Confirmation by default

How to add Style number in eBay Description so that the app can automatically retrieve that?

Write Style number of the products in the first line in eBay decription before "Sell:"

It will be the best if you do as follows:

	     8814
	     Sell:   
	

The Item or Style number can not have any space. Please use - or _ if you need separate words. Warning: Absolutely No space allowed in Style number.

Why it takes so long to load?

Since we need to retrieve all the information for each order from eBay, it might takes about 10 minutes to retrieve all the data from eBay at once. Once it is retrieved, you don't need to reload. All the address and item detail information are loaded at the beginning. There are 100 Awaiting for shipment orders will be retrieved at once. You print all the label and then you will have to quit the app and launch the app again for another 100 labels. Once the label is printed, the tracking number is entered to eBay. The order will not appear in Awaiting for Shipment list again when you relaunch the app.

What is color coded text?

If the title text is color "blue", it means the buyer is from Foreign Country

If the price text is color "red", it means there are multiple orders for one user and that user pay in different transaction.

After the print is successful, the username becomes gray
